Carefully planned treatment for frown lines, forehead lines, crow’s feet and bunny lines, designed to soften signs of repeated expression while preserving natural brow position and movement.

Precise, subtle treatment for a lip flip, gummy smile, chin dimpling and downturned mouth corners, helping to refine expression and improve balance without changing your natural character.
Advanced Treatments
Masseter treatment for jaw slimming or jaw tension, platysmal bands and lower-face support, excessive sweating and carefully selected advanced concerns.
What to Expect
Your appointment begins with a consultation and assessment of your facial movement, medical history and treatment goals. As an Independent Nurse Prescriber, I can assess, prescribe and, where appropriate, complete your treatment during the same appointment. There is never any pressure to proceed that day.
Perfect Secret Aesthetics is medically led, with clinical governance supported by our Medical Director, Dr Anna Riding. This allows the clinic to hold appropriate prescription medicines on site and supports a safe, well-governed treatment pathway.
Treatment usually takes between 15 and 30 minutes, with minimal downtime. You may begin to notice changes within the first few days, with the result continuing to settle over the following weeks. If a clinical review is needed, this is arranged at around three weeks. Results commonly last around three to four months, although this varies depending on the product used and your individual response.

Will anti-wrinkle treatment make me look frozen?
Not when it is carefully planned. My aim is not to remove every expression, but to soften the lines that are making you look more tired, tense or aged than you feel. I assess your facial movement, muscle strength, brow position and natural asymmetries before choosing the placement and dose.
Treatment is tailored to preserve the expressions that make you recognisably you. If it is your first treatment or you prefer an especially subtle result, we can begin conservatively and allow the result to settle before deciding whether anything further would be beneficial.
How do I know how many areas I need?
You do not need to work this out before booking. Your consultation begins with the lines or expressions you would like help with and the result you hope to achieve. I’ll then assess how your facial muscles work individually and together.
Sometimes the concern you notice in one area is influenced by movement elsewhere, so I’ll explain the available options and what each approach could realistically achieve. We’ll agree on a plan that feels proportionate and right for you, and you remain in control throughout
What happens if my result needs reviewing?
Anti-wrinkle treatment continues to develop after your appointment, so any routine clinical review is arranged at around three weeks, once the result has had time to settle. Reviewing too early can give an incomplete picture of the final outcome.
At the review, I’ll assess your remaining movement against the treatment plan we agreed. Any further treatment is considered only where it is clinically appropriate, rather than being added automatically. If you experience anything unexpected before then, you should always contact the clinic without waiting for the review.
Is anti-wrinkle treatment safe?
Botulinum toxin has a well-established safety profile when it is prescribed appropriately and administered by an experienced medical practitioner, but no medical treatment is completely without risk.
Before treatment, I’ll assess your medical history, current medication, previous treatment experiences and individual facial anatomy. I use licensed, traceable prescription medicines and will explain the expected temporary effects and less common risks before you decide. Perfect Secret Aesthetics is medically led, with clear clinical protocols and ongoing support should you have any concerns after your appointment.
How long do anti-wrinkle treatment results last?
For many patients, results last around three to four months, although this varies with the product used, treatment area, dose, muscle strength and your individual response. Some longer-lasting formulations may provide an extended result for suitable patients.
Movement returns gradually rather than disappearing overnight. Your maintenance plan will be guided by how your own result develops, rather than treating automatically because a date has appeared in the diary. I’ll help you find a treatment interval that maintains a refreshed result without becoming excessive.
What downtime should I expect?
Most people return to their usual day immediately after treatment. You may notice small raised bumps or mild redness at the injection points, but these usually settle quickly. Occasionally, there may be minor bruising, tenderness or a temporary feeling of heaviness while the treatment begins to take effect.
I’ll explain your aftercare clearly before you leave and provide guidance on what to avoid immediately afterwards. If anything concerns you as the result develops, the clinic is available to support you.
